Grassroots
Sharon Fraser, Umpire Development Manager is responsible for developing our Umpires in Schools/Clubs, working in conjunction with Umpire Co-ordinators within Netball Centres. Sharon visits Netball Centres all over our Region at least 3 times a year.
Sharon is also available to 'service' schools outside of Netball Centres, by running workshops and theory classes for Student Umpires and Parents.

High Performance
Congratulations to Fay Mieklejohn and Kalesi Tabete for gaining their NZ A and NZ B Awards respectively. These were awarded at the conclusion of the 2009 Perry Foundation National Netball Championships on 4 October 2008.
Congratulations to Kylie Kerr on her selection to the Under 23 Development Camp to be held in Palmerston North, 21 - 24 April 2008.
Kylie will be attending the Development Camp in conjunction with the NZ Secondary Schools Trials (NZSS Camp).
High Performance Umpires are managed by Netball North Harbour on behalf of Netball North. Helen Schulz is the Umpire Convenor for High Performance Umpires and Bench Officials and is a volunteer based out of Netball North Harbour.
Helen is also responsible for the Regional Panel and works alongside other key volunteers within our organisation, including Raewyn Vile who is the Regional Panel Convenor. To contact Helen, please email helen@netballnorth.co.nz
